Roborock Dyad Pro Combo: TOP wet and dry vacuum cleaner with dry cleaning attachments

Roborock Dyad Pro Combo Roborock

Hey guys, welcome back to RobotObzor! Today we’ll be reviewing a wet and dry vacuum cleaner Roborock Dyad Pro Combo. The vacuum came on the market back in 2023, gained a lot of traction in a year and finally came to my review. The key highlight of this vacuum is the detachable main unit, on which you can put on the attachments that come with it. With the Roborock Dyad Pro Combo you can clean the floor, vacuum, clean the sofa, and even suck up dust on different surfaces. Just a jack of all trades. Now I’ll show you how the vacuum is set up, what it can do, and its pros and cons. At the end I’ll let you know if I personally think this is the right robot for you. As for the price – it’s within the range of $440-600. Let’s get rolling!

Appearance

Now, let’s take a look at how the Roborock Dyad Pro Combo works. Let’s start with the vacuum itself. The design is pretty familiar to me. At the bottom there is a cleaning module. Above it are the dirty and clean water tanks. Even higher is the handle for the vacuum.

So, the cleaning module is three rollers, like in the Roborck Dyad Pro, which I’ve already reviewed on this channel. In the front are two rollers, each of which extends close to the edge of the case. Behind them is one roller almost the entire width of the case.

The front rollers can be conveniently removed by pulling them apart. The rear roller has to be twisted to remove it from the locking mechanism. There is a splash guard on one side to protect against water splashing outside the cleaning module.

On top of the cleaning module you can see the detergent reservoir. The vacuum automatically mixes it with water when washing the floor and self-cleaning vacuum cleaner. According to the manufacturer, there is enough for 20 tanks of clean water, or 700 minutes of work. Very cool and economical!

Now, let’s get an overview of the components. The clean water tank holds 950 ml (32 Oz.), and there’s a coarse filter inside. The dirty water tank holds 770 ml (26 Oz.) and has a HEPA filter along with a mesh and coarse filter.

On the handle, there are three buttons: power on/off, mode switching, and self-cleaning. The display gives you all the info you need. This vacuum has 4 modes: automatic, maximum, floor drying/liquid suction, and a light wet cleaning mode (eco). In automatic mode, the Roborock Dyad Pro Combo adjusts its suction power based on how dirty it thinks the floor is.

The standout feature of this vacuum is its easy-to-detach main unit. Just press the button next to the display, pull the main unit towards you, and it disconnects. Attach the dust collector and the right nozzle, and you’ve got a fully functional vacuum for dry cleaning.

The handheld vacuum has two buttons: one for power on/off and another for switching between automatic and maximum modes.

Now, let’s talk about attachments. The main floor nozzle has a roller with short bristles, great for cleaning both carpets and hard floors. However, the roller can’t be removed, which makes cleaning it a little less convenient, but still doable. For upholstery, there’s a turbo brush with bristle inserts, which can be removed for easy cleaning. There’s also a brush head with sliding bristles, offering reliable performance.

Well and as for the dirt container, its filtration system runs on a HEPA-filter, foam and cyclone filters with a grid. The volume of the container is 465 ml (15.7 oz.).

The last thing left to consider is the base. On it Roborock Dyad Pro Combo charges, self-cleans rollers and dries them with warm air.

I’ll go over all the pros and cons at the end of the review. Let’s move on!

Technical features

Roborock Dyad Pro Combo’s main features, as given by the manufacturer, are up on the screen:

  • Power usage: 260 Wt.
  • Suction power: up to 17000 Pa
  • Work time: from 43/to 60 mins
  • Clean water tank: 950 ml (32 Oz.)
  • Dirty water tank: 770 ml (26 Oz.)
  • Dirt container: 465 ml (15.7 Oz.).
  • Roller drying temperature: 50 degrees C/ 122 degrees F.
  • Volume: 71-81 dB

I tested the volume myself. When washing the floor, it’s within 71-75 dB, and if you use a handheld vacuum cleaner – it gets up to 81 dB, which is at the level of most vacuums.

In full assembly the vacuum weighs 5.5 kg. The vacuum in its full setup for dry cleaning weighs 2672 grams. That breaks down to 1622 grams for the main unit, 239 grams for the tube extender, and 811 grams for the floor nozzle.I also tested how long the Roborock Dyad Pro Combo lasts in dry cleaning mode at maximum power with the main floor nozzle—it ran for 36 minutes and 7 seconds, which is a pretty impressive result!

Functions

I’ll focus on some of Roborock Dyad Pro Combo’s features. This upright vacuum supports control through an app.

In it you can flexibly customize the cleaning parameters. For example: choose one of the 4 modes of operation and customize the parameters for automatic mode (such as suction power, level of water supply to the rollers, the speed of rotation of the rollers and the amount of detergent). You can also select one of the self-cleaning modes, the duration of drying rollers on the base, customize drying rollers on a schedule and even track the status of consumables. Additionally, I will emphasize that Roborock Dyad Pro Combo supports voice commands. In my case, the version is Russified, so the commands are in Russian.

Testing

And finally let’s get to the tests. Let’s check how well the vacuum does its main task. There will be several tests, from simple to harder.

The vacuum does well with everyday floor cleaning. In automatic mode, it independently adjusts the suction power, depending on how dirty the floor is. The liquid is thoroughly sucked into the dirty water tank, leaving no streaks or puddles.

The vacuum can also be used to collect liquids, like in my case, grease from raw egg and flour. This is very convenient.

The vacuum easily scrubs away dirt without leaving streaks or marks. As mentioned earlier, the Roborock Dyad Pro Combo can clean right up to the baseboards, thanks to its roller design that reaches the edge of the unit, so no spots are missed.

However, tougher stains take a bit more effort. In my case, it took about 4 minutes to remove a stubborn stain, and I didn’t use any detergent since it wasn’t included in the kit. Still, the result was one of the best I’ve seen among cleaning vacuums I’ve tested.

After all the tests with the detergent, we can check how well it self-cleans. And here again, the vacuum didn’t disappoint. It cleans itself well from debris and dirt. The algorithm of self-cleaning is well thought out. The roller alternately rotates in different directions, which increases the quality of its cleaning. Well, and the most interesting thing is that the cleaning module is clean even after such a difficult test. When using it later I noticed that there is a small blind spot between the short rollers. Apparently, it’s not washed in any way and that’s worth considering. But in everyday conditions, the self-cleaning quality is good and these problems shouldn’t come up. Drying is also effective, especially if you set the duration to 6 hours.

Separately, I’ll show how the vacuum works with the attachments.

As for the suction power, at maximum power the vacuum cleaner was able to suck out debris from a 35mm (1.3 In.) crack. So I can say that this is truly a powerful upright vacuum.

Now let’s check how well the Roborock Dyad Pro Combo picks up debris from the floor. I scattered on the laminate floor different in structure garbage: hair, wool, cereals and other small household garbage. So this machine did a good job. The only thing I noticed is that it has a blind spot in the corners. On the roller practically do not wind up wool and hair. All the debris is collected in the dust bag.

With carpet cleaning, the vacuum cleaner also copes well due to the suitable roller design. This is a plus.

And to conclude, I’ll add that thanks to additional attachments, you can clean the sofa, clean where the main nozzle won’t go, and even if necessary clean the interior of the car. Overall, it’s a jack of all trades.

Opinion

The Roborock Dyad Pro Combo wet and dry vacuum cleaner has been thoroughly reviewed and tested. I will highlight the pros and cons, and then express my own opinion about it. I liked the following:

  1. Quality floor mopping and scrubbing of dirt.
  2. Unlike all vacuums, FULLY scrubs dirt along the baseboard.
  3. Detergent auto-mixing.
  4. A detachable hand vacuum cleaner and a set of attachments for a thorough vacuum.
  5. Quality dirt collection on both hard surfaces and carpets.
  6. High power.
  7. Long battery life.
  8. Quality self-cleaning.
  9. Full hot air drying of the roller.
  10. Auto power increases when dirt is detected by the detergent vacuum cleaner.
  11. Informative LED display on the body.
  12. Flexible customization of cleaning parameters in the app.
  13. Voice alerts in several languages.
  14. Stylish design.
  15. Increased capacity of water tanks.
  16. Ergonomic design.
  17. Quality assembly.
  18. Availability of warranty and service.

As for what could be improved:

  1. The main floor attachment can’t disassemble and it has a blind spot in the corner.
  2. Non-removable battery.
  3. Can’t clean the floor horizontally, which is standard in 2025.
  4. There are no combs behind the rollers and there can be clogging of the cleaning module with hair and fur, which is also seen in online reviews.

Overall, for me personally, this is one of the best cleaning wet and dry vacuum cleaners even in 2025, so I think it was right to place it at number one in the previously released ranking for the best vacuum in 2023 and 2024. Roborock Dyad Pro Combo is efficient, versatile, convenient and stylish looking, and more importantly -made by a true tested brand. I’d definitely recommend buying it if you need a cleaning upright vacuum cleaner with attachments for dry cleaning.
